With a website flat rate we turn the model around: we build, host and maintain your website, and you pay a fixed amount every month, instead of paying a lot once and then again for every change.
Every flat rate includes building the site, hosting with an SSL certificate, technical maintenance, individual copywriting and a fixed allowance of updates. You get in touch when something changes, and we take care of it, without a separate invoice.
Three packages cover the usual sizes, from a compact site to get started to a presence with fifty pages and unlimited updates.

Why a flat rate?
The classic route is the project: build once, pay once. That is right if you need something of your own and are planning the investment. The flat rate is the right route if you want three things:
- No large upfront investment: the website launches without a big one-off invoice
- Always up to date: changes are planned in instead of put off. Outdated opening hours and old prices cost trust
- Predictable costs: one fixed amount per month that already covers hosting, maintenance and changes
There is also an effect that is often underestimated: a website with a fixed maintenance rhythm stays technically healthy. Security updates happen, backups run, nothing quietly rusts away.
Flat rate or fixed-price project?
Both have their place, and we will tell you honestly what suits you.
The flat rate suits you if you want a well-maintained, up-to-date website without having to deal with anything yourself, and prefer to plan your costs monthly.
The fixed-price project suits you if you want to invest once and maintain the site yourself afterwards, for example by having a website built with your own access to all content, or if there is to be an individual system with booking and administration behind it.
A website relaunch can also be calculated both ways: as a project or as the start of a flat rate. If you are unsure, just ask us and we will work out both routes for you.

Already have a website? Then we take it over into the flat rate and bring it up to date along the way. Your domain simply moves with it.

For businesses that want an up-to-date, well-maintained website without looking after it themselves, and that would rather plan monthly than make one big investment. If you want to maintain the site yourself after launch or need an individual system with booking and administration, a fixed-price project is usually the better choice.
I already have a website. Can I switch to the flat rate?
Yes. We look at your existing site, keep what is good and bring it up to date as part of the takeover. Your domain and your content move with it; visitors experience no downtime.
