How we use AI

This is an English translation for your information. Only the German version is legally binding.

Read the German original: Wie wir KI einsetzen

We work with AI tools in the same way we work with a word processor or an image editor. This page explains where exactly, what that means for you and who is responsible in the end. In short: everything we send you that is binding has been read and approved by a person first. The only exception is the chat: it answers automatically and is therefore labelled as AI.

The chat on this website

On a computer, the speech bubble at the bottom right, and on a phone, “Chat” in the bar at the bottom, take you to an assistant. There is no person behind it, but an AI system. It says so in its first message, too. It answers questions about our services, how we work and our packages, based on our own information.

  • Not binding. Its answers are not an offer. Only what you receive from us in writing is binding.
  • It can be wrong. Like any AI system, it can state things that are not true. If in doubt, ask us directly.
  • Please no personal data. For anything personal, please use the contact form.

Articles in our magazine

Some articles in our magazine are written with the help of AI. Where that is the case, there is a note directly below the article. We read and check every article before it is published; responsibility for the content lies with WEBinnovision GbR.

In our day-to-day work

Internally, AI tools help us prepare things: drafts of emails and quotes, summaries, research. What comes out of this is a draft, nothing more.

Everything with an external effect, every email, every quote, every change to your data, has to be approved by a person. This is not a voluntary commitment, it is built into the system: without approval, it does not happen.

No automated decisions about you

There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Whether we take on a project, what it costs and how we carry it out is decided by us, not by a machine.

Which services are behind it

We use the European provider Mistral AI (Paris, France). Processing takes place within the EU by default; a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place. What you enter is not used to train the models. Details are in our privacy policy.

A person for you

You would rather not talk to a machine? That is absolutely fine. Write to us at info@webinnovision.de or give us a call. You will find the number in our legal notice.

Legal basis for this information: Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), applicable since 2 August 2026.
